Shipping costs to areas other than those listed above will be confirmed by email within 2 working days after contacting the customer.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

However, please note that before returning the product, you need to send photos of the product to our customer service email: info@elevocharge.com so that we can notify the warehouse to receive your return. Our customer service will inform you of the specific return address by email as soon as possible.
